Passport Online is an interactive website that aims to support young people on the E2E programme. For many young people E2E is a major process of change and transition as they attempt to make progress in their lives.

LoginWithin the constructive relationship provided by a Connexions Personal Adviser or E2E Provider Key Worker, Passport seeks to empower young people by helping them to:
  • interact more effectively with advisers and key workers supporting their development by providing a neutral on screen focus for questions and responses
  • understand what they have already achieved and where they need support through assessment activities promoting self-awareness and acknowledging previous experiences
  • take ownership of their development through E2E by being involved in the production of all assessments, plans and reviews
  • use the power of the world wide web to enable access to the information they have collected wherever there is an internet connect and thus maintaining interest, motivation and supporting progression

Passport Online also supports advisers and key workers working with learners by:
  • allowing data to move with the learner from provider to provider supporting easy transition and effective information sharing
  • helping them to keep track of learners through an archive of saved Activity Plans, Reviews and Referrals and the use of user Logs
  • supporting the development of a Programme Plan that can grow and adapt to reflect changing learner needs
  • encouraging progressive target setting and review
  • avoiding the need to re-enter frequently used data and building on data that has already been added by other agencies and providers
  • enabling "secondary" advisers to maintain contact with learner following transition
  • measuring distance travelled in soft skill areas using the Views activity
