Referring a Learner - 24-07-2006

An online referral not only passes essential transfer information between providers, it also transfers control of the entire E2E Passport. This simple guide sets out essential steps to complete and draft and confirmed referral from an Adviser login. It will be particularly useful to Connexions PAs transferring a learner to a provider via E2E Passport Online.

Allocating Advisers After Referral - 24-07-2006

This form explains what E2E Providers need to do when an E2E Passport has been referred to them online by Connexions or another E2E Provider. As allocating an adviser or key worker uses the E2E Passport Manager program, this information sheet will be of particularly useful to managers and administrators.

Adding Notes - 24-07-2006

Notes allows comments and advice to be added to a E2E Passport by any nominated adviser as well as the learner. They are helpful during a Review and allow ALL partners in an E2E Passport (eg key workers, Connexions PA, skills tutors, etc) to remain in contact.

Using Single Instance Tool - 24-07-2006

Most tools in E2E Passport Online hold information in a single form. Details can be changed easily over time, but no record is kept of previous entries other than printed copies taken at the time. This is a general guide as to how these single instance tools work. Single instance tools are Me, Profile, APIR, Barriers, IAS, Programme Plan, Moving On.
