This adviser option enables Passport Advisers to manage the learners they support on the E2E Programme. Primarily it is a list of all learners the adviser works with with options to add, delete and change details.
Profile here stores information about the Passport Adviser who logged in. Details can be updated at any time.

Why Use It?
Passport Advisers need to use this option to set up new Learner Passport, but also to delete Passports and change things like learner passwords and names.

Key Features

Caseload provides a list of all learners (clients) attached to a Passport Adviser.

Exisiting learners can be deleted: although their login identity is removed from the Passport database, their Passport file remains on the server and can be retrieved if necessary.

Existing login / learner details can be changed: please note that once a login name has been set, it cannot be changed although passwords can be changed
Create: new Passport logins can be created using the simple form opposite. (1)

Save will create a new learner Passport with the login details (username and password) you have given. Details will appear in the Caseload list.

The Profile form (2) is accessed by clicking the Change Your Profile option just below the logged-in Passport Adviser’s name and just above Logout.

Use Adviser Profile to change name, designation and contact details.

Learner Login / User Names and Passwords
You need to provide both a Login / User Name and a Password for any learner you create. Note that once a login / user name has been set, it cannot be altered although the password can be changed as many times as required.
