Review

Review seeks to engage the learner in discussing and recording progress towards goals set at their last review. Review offers the opportunity to see if the actions and activities undertaken have helped, and to set new goals for the next review period.

Review ScreenshotWhy Use It?
The point of a Review is to help the learner look at the progress they have made against goals and targets set. The chief advantage of using an IT-based solution is that previous goals and targets form an integral part of the current review. In addition all Reviews are saved and can form a powerful mechanism for tracking the success of the E2E intervention.

When Is It Useful?
Reviews should take place at least once every 2-4 weeks, but this may vary according to the needs of the young person. The Review form should be completed during the Review itself and could involve a number of colleagues in addition to the adviser / key worker.
