Revised Objectives 26-10-2006

A number of users have asked us to include Revised Objectives in the Review. This has now been completed. Both sets of objectives can be edited in Programme Plan itself.

Server Available 12-09-2006

We are aware that the Passport server wasn't available for a short period of time between 11 and 12 this morning. The problem appears to have been with our service providers, Pipex, and cleared without any intervention from ourselves. We will continue to monitor and investigate. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

New Code for Passport 07-08-2006

You may not be aware, but the same code that drives E2E Passport Online is used for three other major websites. Developing these websites has led to our current drive to introduce new programming to enable us to re-package "passport" applications more effectively. Good news for E2E Passport users is that we intend to use these new techniques to upgrade. Look out for more news.

New Information Sheets 24-07-2006

A new set of information sheets has been added to the resources section of the website. The sheets cover essential functions like starting a Passport, making a referral and adding Notes. There are aso two sheets providing a general guide to using the two different types of tools available. Many of these sheets are essential reading for new E2E Passport Advisers.

Training in May? 18-04-2006

We intend to offer four training sessions here at the Fabriam Centre in May 2006 and would be grateful for indications of interest. Joining single 2.5 hour sessions covering Induction and Manager will be a new Extending Passport programme targeted at more experienced users. Cost per delegate will be £35 plus VAT and sessions will be limited to 10.
