Agreement 30-10-2005

Some time ago we added a validation feature to each Passport form. This prevents a full SAVE if the various agreements have not been clicked. Currently this feature is turned off, but we are considering reinstating it. Before we do this, we would like your opinion. Please use the Feedback Form to tell us what you think.

Referral Form Changes 30-10-2005

We are currently working to update the Referral Form (Adviser Login). This supports the Notts Pilot but will also beenfit all users. The first change is that Referrals can now be SAVE DRAFTed. This will allow a referral to remain pending until a Provider is found. Referral is completed by completing the Adviser Assignment and doing a full SAVE.

Who Can Add Notes? 20-10-2005

Simply, the learner from a learner login, and a Primary Adviser, a Secondary Adviser or any Adviser with the same provider from an Adviser login. Each Note will be tagged with the contributor's name and the date the note was added. All Notes appear in date order, most recent at the top, and are not editable.

Server Status - Which Server 19-10-2005

Confused by the different servers listed on the Pipex Status page? Look for disruption at the Park Royal Data Centre where the Passport server is based. Our server is dedicated to Passport - no other website or application runs from it. You can ignore messages concerning Pipex shared servers with names like Zinc, Orange, Apricot, Neptune, Pluto, etc.

2/11/2005. The server will actually be moving to a new data centre 17th / 19th November. See Update Passport Server Moves - 2/11/2005.

Review Targets 27-09-2005

Just to remind users that new targets need to be set for every Review - even if they remain the same as the previous Review. In other words targets will not automatically carry forward.
