New Support Website
MITAC Partnership Ltd has been working on a new Passport support website ever since the Forum message board was dropped a little over six weeks ago. So what's new?
MITAC Partnership Ltd's Ian Reid believes the new site is timely. "Keeping our users happy is all about keeping lines of communication open. The old links to support from the login page opened up to reveal lots information and guidance. However, I think our users had to work too hard to find what they needed."
The new site uses MITAC Partnership's website content management software (CMS). Ian believes this helps puts communication at the top of the agenda and places information at users' fingertips. "I'm confident the new support site will allow users to track down information they need as well as keep everyone concerned aware of the latest Passport news, events and developments."
Existing users who have bookmarked the Passport Login page will still see a familiar screen but with options to jump to the Support website.
