One of the best ways to see E2E Passport Online is to look at the Passport for Max Wilson. The Max Wilson Case Study was produced by LSC National Office to accompany the paper-based E2E Passport forms and help providers complete them.

Max describes himself as honest and hard-working. He is clearly a keen sportsman enjoying football and swimming. He has some difficulty with basic reading and number and identifies getting out and being on time as personal development areas he needs to address.
