Activity Plan
The Activity Plan is to help the learner set up (and later review) a weekly timetable of actions and activities planned to meet current Review goals.
Why Use It?
The Activity Plan is not simply a timetable of activities but should focus on the learning outcomes to be covered within those activities themselves. An IT-based solution not only allows all plans to be saved, it also enables previous activities to be reviewed.
When Is It Useful?
It may not always be possible, but a weekly plan is recommended. Although some support may well be needed, many learners could complete much of this activity themselves. This will help them to take responsibility for their own learning.
Key Features
- Features are similar to Review.
- Form content follows the equivalent original paper Passport.
- Online Help is based on guidance produced to accompany this form in the original Passport.
- Activity Plan keeps a record of each completion. Previous completions can be viewed from a History page.
- New on the History page will start a new Review.
- Activity Plan must be completed, but a Save Draft option allows the activity to be split between two or more Passport sessions.
- The Agreement section should be completed before data is shared. If it is not, then data collected on this form may not be transferred to another adviser / organisation on Referral.
- A week beginning date allows learners and Advisers to keep track of timescales and completion dates.
- On Save a preview of the current data is presented for viewing and printing.
