Adviser Logs
Logs simply lets an adviser see a record of when each learner in their caseload used Passport and what they did.
Logs are listed with most recent learner access first (1) and then allowing each learner’s log to be broken down into a individual sessions (2) and then events (activties) in these sessions (3).
Why Use It?
Details for every Passport session (a session is a login by a learner either by themself or with their adviser) is recorded as part of a learner’s Passport. This allows their adviser to quickly check how often Passport has been used and exactly which forms and activities have been used. With this information tabulated, it is easy to identify learners who have not used Passport extensively and prompt further action.
