Profile
Profile Collects basic background / contact information about the learner and allows changes to screen presentation.
Why Use It?
The most compelling reason is summed up in the expression “write once - use many” meaning that data entered here can appear on all other forms. Changes will also update contact information across the learner’s Passport.
When Is It Useful?
This should be completed from the outset and updated as needed.

- the Help file provides information for completing this activity as well as advice for advisers / key workers supporting the learner
- on Save current data is reviewed and an option to Print is available at the bottom of the form.
