Programme Plan
The aim is to set out the learner’s individual E2E programme detailing: learner profile, supporting professionals, career and progression aims, key objectives, selected learning modules and details of any qualifications, awards and certificates to be gained across the three strands of the programme.
Why Use It?
The Programme Plan makes clear to both learner and provider what action is needed to achieve a learner’s objectives. It sets the pattern for the entire E2E programme, the targets on which Review and Activity Plan goals will be based and who will be involved in delivery as well as recording completion.
When Is It Useful?
The Programme Plan should be completed by the adviser / key worker working with with the young person. It will need to be printed and signed within eight weeks of the young person starting E2E.
