Purpose and Audience
The purpose of this session for E2E Managers and Administrators is to introduce E2E Passport Online concepts and then follow this with demonstrations and practical activities designed to illustrate the main functions and features of Passport Manager. There will be opportunities throughout the session to ask questions and discuss issues. By the end of the session, those attending will understand what makes Passport different, have the knowledge and skills to support colleagues using Passport Online and gather usage reports and statistics using Passport Manager.

Capacity
With only one trainer, numbers need to be capped at 15 but 10-12 is a more comfortable number to ensure each participant is given the time and attention they need.

Programme Outline
Timed to run for approximately 2.5 hours, this session starts by asking colleagues to consider how Passport Online seeks to add value to the process of identifying an E2E learner’s needs, planning a programme and reviewing progress.
Following an introduction to Passport login options, those attending will be given the opportunity to log in as a learner to get an overview of Passport tools available and how to navigate through them.
After questions and discussion on Passport Online’s features and application, there will be an introduction to Passport Manager and an opportunity for those attending to perform a number of management tasks including setting, moving, editing and deleting Passport advisers and learners. They will also be able to explore how Passport Manager can support their management and administration of E2E through the collection and display of usage data, statistics and reports.
There will again be time to ask questions and discuss issues before looking at some of the issues raised by colleagues in other parts of the country.
